Put wankers in positions of influence and this is what you get, to many wankers in this world with to much to say
"ooh I'm offended by that"
I'd love to stick the head on some of the soft wankers in this world and give them something to be really offended about

The FA have to charge him and been seen to be 'doing something', especially after Kick It Out's contribution. I'd imagine City will contest or accept with huge mitigating factors, Mendy as a witness, etc.

Some kind of course and a suspended ban will be the outcome IMO.

You think the media will forget? You don't think they will ever mention it again even though it feeds the city hating narrative?
Pretty much, yeah. Look back any of the countless other dumb things footballers have said over the years and how no one really cares after the initial coverage falls off. It's being dramatized on here because its City but the story had already died down prior to Pep opening his mouth a second time on it.

Luckily we have Mahrez who is on fire, BS looks like this controversy is weighing on his shoulders, plenty of rest for him, will stand us in good stead for mid November and onwards.

Are you allowed to say that? Watch out for the FA.

Forget any potential ban, that’s not the most important thing here. even though nobody believes it had any racist intent, a player has now been labelled a racist and will have that attached to his name for life. You can guarantee he’s going to be subjected to chants at places like Burnley liverpool villa and many more declaring him racist. Any football headlines he may make for the foreseeable future will mention this. That’s a difficult thing for any person to deal with, it’s bound to have a significant impact on him.

We should have the players on a total media blackout. No public social media accounts, no media/press interaction and for any contractual obligations we should take a leaf out of marshawn lynch’s Book and answer every question with a stock “ I’m only here so I don’t get fined” response. Our in house media team can provide everything else for the fans.

While I'm sure some were offended, I'm not sure the man on the Clapham omnibus - or any average, reasonable person - would be offended by Bernardo's post. And that should be the standard against which we measure whether something was offensive, not simply whether 52 year old yoghurt knitter Susan from Brighton was offended.

*apologies to anyone called Susan or any female users of the Clapham omnibus
Yoghurt knitting.....it's the new thing!

Surely IF he gets a ban, can appeal to CAS, given it a) didnt happen on the pitch and b)is as subjective as it is.
