TBF Didn't aguero say stuff like this with independiente? I think footballers might feel this way but ambition/agents etc ends up getting the better of them. Not saying he won't go back there age 32 or whatever but in his prime I doubt it. Aguero went Barca after City despite saying for years he would go back home, Tevez went to Juve. I can understand being homesick but if footballers are unable to create a happy life for themselves in the UK with all the advantages and opportunities they have it’s a reflection on them more than the Uk. Hundred of thousands choose to move to the UK every year and do just that, often without the finances to give them a head start.
