This,if the one on the recieving end is not offended then no-one else should beWhilst it can be conceived of as a stupid post, I've been told numerous times that racism is racism if the receiving party takes offence, irrespective of whether offence was intended. Surely then, the converse applies...if the post is actually 'liked' by the recipient, it's hardly racist.
