I think there will be no more until we know who is the french champ. Maybe we will keep him. He is on the moove every summer since he is here. He made a hudge impact on his first 20 mn with us (vs Leverkusen in champions league 2014), since then, scouts from all over Europe watching him.

But I really think City is the best choice for him before leaving to Barca where he belong too. He can learn from your Silva and pep a lot, plus he will be a masterkey of your team. "Messizhino" isn't is nickname for no reason.
 
I thought he was excellent last night. Would be a perfect signing for us (and eventual long term replacement for his namesake).

It's just a shame they're talking about £70m+ and we've got a defence to sort out. Silva has got another season at this level in him, I'll be hoping Monaco keep hold of him this summer.

Still can't believe Jorge Jesus made him train as a leftback at Benfica before selling him for a pittance without ever giving him a chance. Muppet. Within a month of arriving at Monaco the €15m fee looked tiny

Ill take Isco personally even though he is more like our Silva.

Its fu, I knew his thread would explode once enough fans saw him play. I've mentioned him being the most Sula like player in the past to no response. Nothing like visual evidence I suppose :-)
 
We are going to play with Monaco again, and Pep will get to know him more and then decide if he needs him or not.
 
Honestly I know we need to focus on the defense but I'd splash the cash on him right now
 
He's so good everyone will be in for him, so if there's any chance of landing him we need to get in there this summer. Maybe agree to loan him back to Monaco for a season (assuming he'd be agreeable) whilst we enjoy a last hurrah from Spanish Dave?

Not a bad idea that,dave has 2 and a half years left on his contract then we won't be looking to sell him but just let him go home,a season to wind down whilst his name sake settles in

Everyone is on him. And when I say everyone, I mean it. But if we win the title, and take some bills on most substituable players (Germain, Sidibe, Adama Traore), maybe we won't sell him. He's ok to stay here (The chemistery between everyone probably make a major impact), especially with the world cup incoming, so it will only be a question of money. If we need it, or not.

Bernardo Silva would cost 40m+. You don't loan players you buy for that amount. As has been pointed out...Silva has 2 years left. I think we can fit 1 more AM to rotate with KDB and Silva. And lessen the burden on Silva.

Absolute stand out player last night for them and as you say, we should be balls deep if he is for sale.
 
Will go somewhere else and be a star playing every week, we're not big or reputable enough yet to be able to stockpile, sadly.

It ain't FIFA, but our rivals will be hot on him which is even more a shame, just have to coax him to Spain somehow.
 
If he's genuinely deemed good enough to take over from David Silva then I'd get him in summer even if it means phasing out David Silva a little more quickly than we normally would. I think assuming he has two good years left in him is risky as it's possible he only has one. Starting the handover next year is probably a sensible measure and how good sides stay successful long term. We've let a lot of a first title winning side to into decline without lining up suitable replacements and we should learn from those mistakes.

We are as an attractive as any a destination nowadays, certainly in England. If, as I suspect and hope, the rags miss out on top 4 again, there's no better place to be than City and that's without even mentioning the Pep factor. Only if Real Madrid and Barca get involved in the bidding are we likely to play second fiddle.
