Most excited I've been about a potential transfer in a long time, I've been banging the Bernardo Silva drum from back when he was in Benfica's B team and he has just got better and better. The heir apparent to Spanish Dave and if we sign him it takes away all the doubts about what happens when Dave eventually leaves. Fantastic player to watch with such an eye for a killer ball

We can buy a player now but he cannot be registered to play for us until July the 1st.
