Clubs aren't going to match our valuation

Bernardo is one of a tiny handful of players in the World that I don’t mind us being the Daniel Levy / Spurs to his Harry Kane.

Disclaimer. I know it’s a poor analogy. 99.9999% of football players have a higher IQ than Harry. Whilst Harry is a great player, I wouldn’t want to partner him on Pointless or allow him manage to manage mine or anybody else’s pension pot. He should have built in a buy out clause, but now the daft sod is likely to finish his career virtually potless

For me, he’s going to go PSG. (No inside info).

There is 2 months of the window left. He’s on holiday getting married at the minute.

They are sorting Luis Enrique out as manager. Then they’ll get Bernardo once he’s in and settled. These rumours have been around for months. It’s not new. Like Gvardiol to us. Months in the making.

My guess is sometime in August we’ll prob get £65m with £20m in achievable add ons.

Once again, no inside info but for me I expect this to happen.

I'm sure the club would want it sorted a lot sooner than sometime in August when the season starts on August 6th. I would say the opposite, if a deal for a move away is not sorted before then I would assume he stays. Serious clubs dont sell world class key players when the season has already begun, especially not when we would have a hard time finding a replacement as it is.

PSG have still got to find an Mbappe replacement and haven't they signed Marco Aseniso who can play in Bernardo Silva's postition as well

Even last summer he was the main talking point up until deadline day.

PSG are going to be having a mini revamp like Chelsea. Messi going and possibly Mbappe.
They have a lot of big deals to do, in and out, and they all take time.

Im sure we’ll have a plan but I fully expect him on the tour with us, prob even play the CS and SuperCup.

However come September, I’ll be surprised if again he hasn’t got the move he’s wanted for 2 years.

I'm sure that agreement has some kind of time limit, since I think its no chance we would accept an offer on deadline day or close to it. PSG might have a lot to do, but City must think of whats best for City and not whats best for PSG. Giving him a deadline of August 1 to sort out a move if he wants it would be more than fair from our part. If PSG really wants him they could sort it out until then. But thats just my guess of course :)
