In a week we sign probably the greatest signing in our history, all people are now talking about is whether Bernardo wants to go all off the back of his comments. We pay these players a shit load of cash and that should be massively reliant on them keeping any shit in house.

Independent organisation, transfermarkt has De Jong valued at £54m and Bernardo at £72m. So De Jong is approx 75% of Bernardo's value.

If Barca are asking for 80 million, Bernardo should be over 100 million.

Just because Pep and our management have close links/are fans of Barca we shouldn't be doing them favours selling them one of our best players.

The reason he’s integral has been his ability to slot in without a massive downturn from losing our talisman, he’s unique within European football and we have him, that isn’t easily let go!

Pep will never do that. He’d never have 6 midfielders for 3 positions. It’s his engine room. He trusts his starting 3 more than the others. Plus Gundogan. He’s not going to have 2 extra midfielders he can trust only playing 15 games a season.

The only way he gets other players he can trust 100% is if KDB, Bernardo or Rodri get injured and their replacements fill the void seamlessly.

Bernado's performance away against Real is one of the best I've ever seen from anyone in a City shirt. The result doesn't change that.

Like Gundogan, he's an incredibly unselfish player who puts the team first. I'll be gutted if either of them leave.
