Bernardo Silva

Did an interview the other week basically saying “we’ll see what happens” about him leaving. Didn’t deny. Didn’t say he wants to stay. So yeah, you’re right he hasn’t expressed his desire to leave publicly but it’s clear he wants to.
Also no surprise he wants to go to Barca when his girlfriends family live there…
They have enough money for her to fly out to Barcelona whenever she wants for 1 / 2 / 3 days or whatever ... and she won't be on Ryanair. She could go back whenever he's on an away trip. If the rumours that she's the driving force behind this are true, she needs to get in the real world and start putting Bernardo's career before her own selfish needyness

Never know why people take transfers as personally as some are on this thread. It's their job, some will fancy leaving sometimes, if they keep working hard on the pitch and don't badmouth us on the way out just let the rest be noise.
Spot on. If they would rather live elsewhere (and who can blame them really), that's their business. Bernardo has done a few years in Manchester and perhaps hasn't ever really settled or just fancies a change.

My proof would be the hard yards he puts in on the pitch. The 100% effort every single week. His openly obvious hatred for Liverpool and his dog John.

If you ask me, he’s going nowhere.
I don't think anybody doubts the commitment of Bernardo Silva, if they do they are fools.

The guy is a wonderful footballer and his commitment in our shirt is magnificent, by far my favorite player at the club.

But this has gone on for too long, this is now the third consecutive season of speculation, and it appears to be coming from the players side and if not, he is doing a strange attempt at stopping it.

He's no way going to fetch these crazy 100m plus figures take off the blue tinted specs.
Don't think he will go this season however as Barca has more pressing problems to deal with.

It's gotten to a point I can't stand hearing the name Barcelona, Bernardo, or Gerrard Romero. With all due respect, I guess it's time we apply the cold Mancunian way, if you don't like it here, take your shit and fuck right off. Posturing, memeing, name dropping, this week, next week, in two days, house shopping, lever that, lever this, crimes. i really hope the fucking cunts get him, and fuck off into oblivion.

Now to my third coffee of the day...

It’s gotten to a point that Barcelona continuing to take the piss and rescinding legally binding contracts, not paying players, using accounting fraud setting up shell companies to trick la liga makes me sick.

Can City, “hire Rafa Benitez” to do a press
Conference just to highlight all the “FACTS” and make a big media splash on the topic and throw some shade at Tebas and Joan Laporte.

And Can Khaldoon pick up the fucking phone and tell Pep, Txiki and Ferran to cut the fucking love in with those cunts, who shafted all of them via Barca politics.

Sips coffee, grinds teeth, monitor screen about to get punched….money for which will be reclaimed by setting up shell
Company where I pay 200quid and tell
Myself I got it as a new gift and thank the company for sponsoring me.

Lol sounds a lot like those Emirati sponsorship deals we’ve done recently where chairman Khaldoon thanks CEO Khaldoon. LMAO …. Come on city….

I sense a change in attitude regarding this topic on BM. Enough is enough and people have much worse problems to deal with than a complaining girlfriend with only a dog called John for company. I still hope he stays.
I, personally, dont want him to stay anymore, unless he clarifies on his future. I am sick of hearing " desperate to join barca" bullshit .

Not for the first time I'm grateful for Bluemoon's Tuesday morning crowd not being in control of transfer policy.

I'm sick of how we are a target for literally anything and Barca are getting away with deceit and corruption on a massive scale.

Burying your head in the sand doesn't stop it being clear that Bernardo would prefer a move to Barca or PSG if possible, but that he's a model professional who will also stay & perform if a move doesn't materialise.

yeah he certainly wants out if it can be done, my only issue will be who we replace him with?

I mean, let's take the mask off. No one is denying the quality and importance of Bernardo. You have to be an idiot to do that. But at this point is like staring at a plane coming at you, and still doing it because you want to see the colour of the tie of the pilot. We all know what direction this is going to. It's as clear as the skies, over this upcoming week in Manchester. My problem stems from the attitude towards us as a club. Like we are some abused entity just waiting for the bitch-slap and not doing anything in return. We knew about Ferran, we knew about Garcia. We KNOW about Bernardo.

At what point do you actually start taking either A: Corrective action and fully block the move. or B: Appropriate reaction, replace and bid before the move happens. ( see Zinchenko ).

It's fucking clear no one at UEFA and FIFA will say anything to these fuckers because mEs qUe un fucking bent club.

Even if the move happens next year, get a replacement in, bench Bernardo, let him rust, and sell then. We are not some whiny club, we are PL champions and an institution highly regarded in world football. Let's start acting like it, or at least flex some muscles, demand some god damn respect!
