agreed, Palmer always showed class with his touch...kind of at one with the ball on his first touch. the goal he scored yesterday taking the ball in his stride...some player

I think we’d have been better off with Bernardo in the middle, instead of Gündog, who is as seriously out of form as Phil is, though the latter did show signs that he is regaining his.

Savinho would have created different, but equally as challenging, problems for the Toon's defence.
