hope city don't even bother inviting him next time with that attitude, if h really cared about the club or the fans he'd have bitten their hand off word of mouth or not.
Probably best to wait for the full story before slagging a proper MCFC legend.
Bert Trautmann the City goalkeeper that played on in the FA cup final with a broken neck is the most famous incident in FA cup history. He is a city legend firmly established in the City Hall of Fame. If anyone deserved VIP treatment today its him. With the antics of Tevez, AJ, Milner Balo etc any independent supporter would say Stoke have shown more team spirit than us. He supports City but perhaps he just doesnt wear the blue tinted glasses that distort a lot of City views. IMO he should have been given special treatment it is a big missed publicity opportunity to prove our clubs history if nothing else!AntonDonJuan said:Well when he says Stoke have better team spirit and they are favourites then he can do one. Reading that article, he sounds like a really bitter, old man
The club is not stupid we dont know the full storyPlain Speaking said:Bert Trautmann the City goalkeeper that played on in the FA cup final with a broken neck is the most famous incident in FA cup history.
