A big fat no from me, last time I was in there was the CS game v Chelsea, had to pay to get in and not enough bar staff.

The Mersey Clipper. Tranmere away in a few occasions. Full of Blues, with a certain Andy Dibble there one night buying the beers. Leather coat. Gelled hair. Gobfull of pearly whites.

The Railway Tavern, Norton Canes. On the way to Wolves in April 2012, pub full of Blues watching scum throw away a 3-1 lead to draw 4-4. We go to Wolves, win 2-0 and the rest as they say is history! Great day out.

My favourite was the Fernhurst at Blackburn.

Is that the one where we could stand outdoors? Last time we went a football was being booted around, the local bobbies were so friendly. Does anyone remember going in the Leaking Boot in Cleethorpes before the Grimsby game in April 2000, I had been made redundant the day before and was pretty pissed off but my mates rallied and we had a top day out, ginger haired lad sang “we love you City we do” song in opera style in the beer garden, sign saying “away fans only”!
