Used like a van working on campsites for 3 years.
Two years up and down the French mountains
Lived in
Bazzed round London, Amsterdam, Paris, Marseille, Manchester
Always started and never broke down. Heater had to be on in hot weather and wipers hardly worked but apart from tyres, never spent a penny on it.
Unfortunately died on M62 saddleworth whilst transporting a boot full of green.

I've got a classic Defender.

It's noisy, it leaks, it's so loud that it sounds like a washing machine full of spanners, the heater doesn't work and it needs constant maintenance but they're just fucking awesome.

Jaguar S Type…..the last Jag to look like an actual Jag.

Went to look at a nearly new Saab diesel and saw the jag at the garage.

Happily swapped economy for comfort and style…..superb motor.

I had the 2.7 V6 twin-turbo diesel with 6 speed autobox. Lovely car.

It was actually my wife's company car, but when it came time at just three years old to change it, I loved it so much we bought it from the company.
Volvo S60 D5. Top of it's range, full package and lovely to drive. Got almost 200k miles from it before it said goodbye.

Cars are my guilty pleasure, in the last few years I’ve had an Audi A7, an E Class Coupe which was really nice but not practical when you have kids, and currently got a Range Rover Velar, Not sure I could pick one as my best.

2007 Jeep Wrangler Sahara with a soft top.
Had it not far off 3 years and mechanically not had a thing go wrong with it (touch wood)
Love it with the roof and doors off and The Smiths blasting through the speakers.

My 2007 Tundra is 200 miles shy of 200k miles and I’ve never had a single problem with the motor or it starting in extreme cold conditions. Seats 6, 8’ bed. I also have a 2019 Tundra, exact same model, only 30k miles on that, more for road trips etc but the older truck is a way better vehicle all round

Last two Honda Civic Mk9s 1.8s first one did 140k with only problem a leaky bottom hose latest one got 80k on now runs like new. Must admit though had a Rover 420 GSI in my youth loved that car.
