But the best fish and chips in the country are in Yorkshire. Haddock and chips fried in beef dripping. Try the little places that are huts.

Have they had fish and chips before and wanting to sample the best OR sample something average to compare it to. There’s no point JUST having the bee’s knees of something if you’ve got no benchmark.
