Best Christmas gift thread

I neither give or recieve , just another day for me . I was content when i woke up and merlin was asleep on my pillow , of course he could have been looking to see if i was dead so he could eat me !

My brother has DS making him pretty vulnerable to all manner of things. On Saturday night he was in hospital with pneumonia that was moving towards sepsis.Thanks to the good folk at New Cross hospital in Wolverhampton he's just finished his Christmas meal in the comfort of his/our own home. Hospital was rammed to the gunnels and overwhelmed with infection but you wouldn't have known it from the behaviour of the staff who were nothing but lovely.
