Intresting fact ; Sammy macs utd league debut was as a 17 year old against us at old Trafford, a 3-3 draw,in front of 63k
Don't ask me how I retained that useless stat in my head,prob read it on the back of the old football player cards in the 70s!

Springbok - went on the service in the year we got beat 3-0 wearing yellow black kappa kit. Match was in a Sunday in TV. Stayed in the Springbok and watched the match there - couldn’t be arsed moving once nicely settled with bevvies in the table
