Rashford i think is guilty of this often. Pretty much every time he has the ball in the box he goes down with little or no contact. Add to that he is already looking at the ref before his arse hits the floor it stands out more as "simulation".

You are more inclined to ease up on calling them out if the play was determined and they watch the ball only as it goes away from them. It is pretty annoying when you can see them appealing 1ms after starting to fall and you can't see any obvious contact, or at least contact that would make someone lose the ball and go down.
 
I think it was Adrian Durham on talksport who said they should apply “holding a baby” logic to decisions....ie, if you were holding a baby, would the contact be enough to make you fall over if you are tripped, or do you DECIDE to go down.

It’s odd logic but kind of makes sense.
