Best ending to a film.

Friday the 13th when she is in the boat at the end. I was only young but that gave me the shivers for years.

First off, how this thread doesn't begin and end with Jimmy Grimble is beyond me, but since it didn't . . .

The Usual Suspects as a bunch of other people have said.

No Way Out -- really, really great twist -- arguably better than The Usual Suspects.

500 Days of Summer . . . Minka Kelly (utterly scorching), followed by a remarkable Mumm-Ra song.

And Lost in Translation . . . what DID Bill Murray say to Scarlett Johansson?

Second vote for Cinema Paradiso. You have to have watched the movie to appreciate the ending. It made me cry in film school when I first saw it, and still brings a tear to my eye today. Absolutely fantastic piece of Cinema.

That one where the guy who shot the other guy, had a fight with the cops, went for a coffee then picked up some gorgeous tart and moved to Frisco. Or got shot. I can't remember. But it was brilliant.
