Marquee Moon, good man. Television, one of the best guitar bands ever. I think they were lumped into the Punk scene because they played in New York in the late 70's at places like CBGB's and Max's Kansas City. But their music doesn't sound that punk. Most of it is kinda slow, laid back and accessable.

And I'll shout out to Tears for Fears, Talking Heads, The Kersh and especially the B-52's.

Then we'll all debate which of them are actually New Wave, but whatever.
