Best ever Umbro City shirt was the 78-79 away one with the red and black diagonal stripes - happy days!!!

remember it looked lush, probably my favourite away kit we ever had.

As Umbro have produced their final shirt for us, it got me thinking which is the best ever shirt they made for us..personally it's between:

I own an original replica of this shirt, all the colours have run and I never wear it as I'm hoping it'll be worth something when I'm an old man.

*EDIT* just had a look at what it's worth and a there's one available online for £70.00. Not bad when you consider I paid £50.00 for it a few years back. Better value than shares in the rags.

I wore this one to death- so much so the badge has fallen off and it has a fair few pulls here and there.. loved it!
My favourite is the same as most on here - he plain sky blue one from a couple of seasons back made out of the right material with the round collar. I wear it for playing footy every week and it's still in v good nick

the 3rd one down is the best ever 4 me, but i did`nt want to show the whole kit coz all you need to see is the collar and you already know!! anyhow everyone else has plastered it all over this page, i like this home kit so much iv only bought away kits since! the new Europe 3rd kit is top as well but not sure i`ll feel the same about it in a few years time. soon as i saw the 3rd one down i just knew it was perfect!!,,,just frickin perfection and it will never be beaten!!

Bloody horrible kit, that was. I'd go with what most are saying (the 2009/10 home shirt). Although an honourable mention goes to that season's away shirt as well (the black with yellow hoops around the shoulder).
