Going against the grain, but I don't think City Of God is as good as people make out. Perhaps I should give it another viewing as it has been a few years.

Some of my faves include....

A Prophet
Swimming Pool
Man Bites Dog
Timecrimes (Hollywood about to remake it I think)

And a Hungarian film that I can't remember the title of, think it began with D (one word title) and had some incest (standard).

Also Swimming Pool has some especially enjoyable scenes in it.
