I like all kinds of films, but was wondering if anyone could recommend some foreign films for me to download?

I have seen films like Battle Royale, Pans Laberynth and some mad French film with loads of free running, cant mind the name. Now i'd like to see more. Doesn't matter what genre it is the more the merrier.

Thanks in advance.

Betty Blue, La Haine, Burnt by the sun, Life is Beautiful, Downfall and The Counterfeiters.

Jean De Florette and Manon Des Sources, a bit slow, but a great story.

Also Swedish Ass Pummelers is worth checking out for the more specialist discerning taste.

District B13
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0414852/

There is a sequel to that one called District 13: Ultimatum
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1247640/

Not as good as the first one, but still very watchable.

There is a Swedish filmmaker who made a movie about trafficking in Estonia (or Russia not sure) called Lilya 4 Ever (Russian) (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0300140/). It is not a feel good movie, to make an understatement.

Life is Beautiful is a classic Italian.

The Lisbeth Salander series are very watchable. Can't wait for Hollywood to fuck those ones up:

The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo (Swedish)
<a class="postlink" href="http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1132620/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1132620/</a>

The Girl Who Played with Fire (Swedish)
<a class="postlink" href="http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1216487/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1216487/</a>

The Girl Who Kicked the Hornet's Nest (Swedish)
<a class="postlink" href="http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1343097/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1343097/</a>

If you are into WWII movies you should watch
Stalingrad (German).
<a class="postlink" href="http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0108211/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0108211/</a>

Another good WWII movie is Winter in Wartime - original title Oorlogswinter (Dutch)
<a class="postlink" href="http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0795441/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0795441/</a>

71 into the Fire
A South Korean flick about a bunch of boys having to defend a remote outpost against the Japanese.
<a class="postlink" href="http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1587729/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1587729/</a>

Cyrano de Bergerac (French) Steve Martin starred in the US remake called Roxanne. The original is a million times better.
<a class="postlink" href="http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0099334/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0099334/</a>

From the ones above I would also recommend Betty Blue, The Counterfeiters and Downfall.

City of God

Two boys growing up in a violent neighborhood of Rio de Janeiro take different paths: one becomes a photographer, the other a drug dealer
