I may well have seen a thousand gigs in my lifetime and the best was Melt Banana at the Cleveland Grog Shop in 2013. I was a bit wary as it was their first tour as a duo having dropped the bass player and drummer and all their parts live were via an Orbit DJ controller. Not to worry though as they were absolutely transcendental that night. There was a 20-25 minute section in the middle of that gig which was just perfection.

"Local" Ska band out of Washington, were big in the 90's at bars, clubs, uni parties, etc.Can't say I have
Can confirm people of colour in Seattle don't appreciate a white guy wearing a t-shirt that says "Black Happy".
