Best guitar solo of all time.

Dave Edmunds playing on Love Scultor's version of Sabre Dance. The only song John Peel played twice in one show. Awesome.

Glen Buxton for the uneducated or the uninitiated Halo of flies Alice Cooper on the Killer Album 1971,
their attempt at Prog Rock, passes with flying colours and bucket loads of attitude, also an awesome drum solo.

Have a listen, you will not be disappointed.

"boys keep swinging" David Bowie

Adrian Belew tears down the house. One of the nosiest things I've ever heard. Beautiful stuff.

Jimi Hendrix - All Along The Watchtower...or maybe Voodoo Child (Slight Return)

Any of em will do.

Yep - Jimi Hendrix is untouchable in my book. I love the story about when Sgt Peppers was released. Albums used to be released on a Saturday...the next night McCartney & Harrison went to see Jimi Hendrix who started with his version of Sgt Peppers (he'd learnt it overnight and changed it to his own Jimi style)...the story goes that Harrison was blown away by Hendrix's version especially as the Beatles had slaved over their album for quite some time!

Lou Reed - Sweet Jane (live version)
Gerry Rafferty - Baker Street
Led Zeppelin - Since I've Been Loving You
Yes - Turn Of The Century
Buzzcocks - Boredom

Man I forgot about the "turn of century" solo, pretty epic song. I think Howe was using the tom schultz rockman for that one. Really good solo.
