Seen the killers 6 times an amazing live band, mr brightside live is something else!!The Killers. Just incredible.
Coldplay are also an absolute revelation.
Nice one. They are both pretty big venues, so I’m guessing it would’ve been 86 - 91 period, (unless they were the support band)
Saw them in Dortmund during that period, amazing live

Has anyone mentioned Interpol in this thread? Brilliant band who have never disappointed live, even after the departure of iconic bassist Carlos Dengler in 2010. Have also seen War on Drugs a couple of times in the last two or three years and they’ve been great, too. Agree with those posters who have mentioned the National. Have been following them since the days of their Alligator album in 2005 (was introduced to them by my daughter - a massive fan) and have seen them live on half a dozen occasions. Awesome.

Solo acoustic, solo electric, with backing bands, with Crazy Horse, with Icicle Works, he always delivers live. Literally lost count how many times I've seen him. Most recent was just last Friday at Bury Met (Great venue) solo acoustic, and once again he proved untouchable. So many great songs, humour and a great musician.
