Best place for a steak in Manchester?

Cafe rouge i think on deansgate does a good steak however this was a couple of years ago so could be different staff etc.

Personally my own are the best, get a ribeye, open it, stick it on a plate in the fridge for 2 days turning after 24h.
Take it out of the fridge an hour before cooking. Now just pan fry/griddle to your liking.
You now have a restaurant style steak with the nice char but not cooked to death.
You can do 8min each side on a thick one and still have a touch of red in the middle.

Can't go wrong with gaucho, pricey but worth every oz!!!
Without a doubt. Was in there again Saturday night and it was faultless.

Is Fazenda any good?
My niece was the assistant manager and she said it was.

Gaucho is good. We went to Fazenda just before Christmas and tried to order bar drinks but the staff were useless and we walked out. Decided to go again for food, as Gusto was booked up, and it was a much better experience. Food was ace and staff top notch. Probably teething issues, glad we tried again.

I keep seeing one on twitter. It's a place in Altrincham market called Tendercow. They keep posting mouth watering pics like this.

Do they charge more to cook it :)

Shit looking chips as well tbh

Went to Gaucho a few weeks ago and it was a massive disappointment. I had the rib eye and it was no better than any other 'decent' restaurant I have eaten at and about 30% more expensive. Over-hyped and over rated..
