Best small dog breed?

We got a Manchester terrier. Absolute mint dog. Great temperament, quick learner, very inquisitive and agile.

If I knew how to post pics I would. Black and tan he is. Just like a mini Doberman. Tops.

Bloody hell, that could me my dog. Spitting double. We paid a fortune for him. There's only about 4 top pedigree breeders in the country. We had to go all way over Sheffield for ours. The breeder wouldn't let us have him unless we could prove our garden was secure and there is plenty if greenery around for us to exercise him. Took him beach once and he saw a rat. His ears pricked up and he shot off to try and catch it. Funny as owt.
