How do you get fans to do this and get in to the ground early. In england supporters prefer to stand in the bars and chat shit !

this is november last year at city eds match vs juventus,it was 1 pound entrance and i went expecting a quiet night, until the citezens turned up, it was very coordinated, a guy was stood at the front conducting us, and then the blue alliance turned up. We deffo need more of this to cheer on the youngsters.
