Very true. What would 3 players of the quality cost today? Even allowing for inflation etc, those fees are still very much under £1mil each today and theres no way you're getting a classy box-to-box midfielder like Bell for that sort of cash nowerdays!

I agree and you could put Book on that list..lower league player to captain of the champions of england ain;t too bad for value IMO.
