Wetted my appetite for a nice Sunday dinner this. Not talented enough to cook lamb yet. Going to drive into Cheshire and find a proper Sunday pub -for lamb dinner!! Any recommendations???
The bulls head mobberly is good but expensive the church inn cheadle hulme good and better value for money.

Tried to find the bulls head but ended up in the beer garden at stags head in great warford, not too far away. One lamb dinner and sticky toffee pudding washed down with 6 Stella. Highly recommend the lamb. The fanny in there was out of this worLd as well. Posh totty - you can't can't beat it.

Spicy leg of lamb:
Marinade your lamb overnight in a spicy rub consisting of olive oil, onions, five spice, chillies, garlic, mixed herbs, salt and cayenne pepper.
Whack your oven up to its highest and cook the lamb for 20 to 30 mins then turn right down to about mk 3/4 for 3 hours. Serve with roast peppers onions and rice or couscous.
