i think the ade type statement from newcastle manager has not helped straight after that tackle their was a bad one on a city player he did not mention that, this talkshite have been giving it large all morning it is the lets stop man city brigade out again? wht don,t city come out with a positive statement to these tossers?

I'm struggling to understand how this coach can stand on his soap box telling the whole world that Nige has been dropped, yet his soap box doesn't extend to actually telling Nigel BEFORE HE MOUTHS OFF TO THE WORLD......Fecking double standards and piss poor man management!!! UNBELEIVABLE, shocking treatment!!
Nige should tell that coach that he can stick it up his arse and that he won't ever play for Holland again until the coach is in replaced.

It was unfortunate yes, but not unfair. These things happen in football, it wasn't the first time it's happened and it won't be the last.

No need to worry about Nigel's confidence. He's a top pro you can see it in his interviews he's an intelligent, cool headed bloke.
I do worry about RM's reaction though. Call me bitter but if Mark Hughes was in charge he'd be straight onto De Jong and telling him to keep doing what he's doing. As for Roberto I just fear his lack of "relationships" with the players we hear about, could mean he may leave De Jong in the dark for 2 weeks until the Blackpool team is announced. I could be wrong but I'm just sweating 'cause De Jong's one of my favourite players by far!

Marwijk says that De Jong doesn't need to make those challenges and needs to think about it.
He has now made 2 broken legs this year.... Needs to change.. fast
