big screen stupidity

Did anyone notice they popped up the formation before the game and even at half time and had it totally wrong?

it was a straight 4-3-3, not 4-2-3-1.

it's not only disrespectful to the opposition it makes us fans out to be total idiots. I am sorry but after watching a half of football I don't then need some bloke who has all the charisma of a tadpole then telling me what happened in the first half and saying tripe like "Fulham have nothing to worry us about " or something like that.

We have always had music and half time scores of there are any and sometimes a former player on the pitch or a silly competition - what was wrong with that?

I hate the stats that pop up randomly during the match!

Me too!

Next we'll be having Bluemoon style facts and figures of "points per game since the manager was appointed"... "trajectory comparisons with Hughes"... and "goals scored compared to goals conceded when Stuart Pearce was still in charge".

Too much information. Meaningless. And irritatingly distracting.

Lawksalordy... What have we become?

You can always pay a trip to 'bifta bend' and engage in stimulating conversation with like-minded souls thus negating having to look at the screen!

They kept updating the formation every time we made a substitution too. Clearly someone at the club has way too much time on their hands.

The whole half time thing we do now is a disgrace. Its taking away from the matchday experience IMO. Gone are the days where music was played for 15 minutes whilst people sat and talked amongst themselves. Now the club are trying way too hard to keep everyone entertained at HT.

The way the club are handling half time makes it seem alot more like your sat on your arse watching at home. It almost looks like the club are going for a way more formal and coorperate approach, leaving behind the football traditions so we can have that shitty presenter on the big screen telling us things like "Only 5 minutes left till the second half!" and showing features pulled straight off the website.

...and doesn't understand the game enough

You're too fucking far away!

I'm getting on a bit nowadays... ;-))

Who was the tit going on about tactics and other shit, I was aware of him but did not pay to much attention, what was that about another load of boring bollocks, if you were at home watching it on TV you would switch that shit over, so what makes the clueless twats at our club think we want it at games

By the way, who is that twat of a presenter?

Please tell me he's a rag.

The thought that he might be a Blue sickens me more than watching a rerun of the Fulham game...

At least we don't have that fuck stick Alan Keegan any more. I used to hate that c**t.
