Big Target Man - Centre Forward

1/ Drogba, although a dick guaranteed to get us goal's.
2/ Adebayor although don't really rate him i would rather have ibrahimovich or eto'o.

Personally I dont see the necessity for a 'target' man. Ok so we play the formation we do and therefore need someone to hold the ball up and bring others into play, many a strong player can do that. Look at the Scum, Liverpool neither have a target man but what they both do have is mobile, fast forwards who can play and move the ball (ala Tevez, Eto'o, Villa type players - not saying they are the only ones but you get my drift)

If we played 442 I could see the call for almost a little and large pairing up front but the front man doesnt need to be 6ft+ as we dont play our football by launching it into the box.

I've been saying that for ages! Well done that man! A players size means fuck all, if they are world class they will fit in any team! Tevez is not giant but he is awesome at holding the ball up and bringing people into play!

if given and the defence stopped lumping it across the halfway line we wouldnt need a giraffe . if we had creative midfield to feed skilful attackers of any size we could be brazillian or spanish in style .strength with back-to-goal is what we need ,RSC for now big phil next when he gets sharper [ and handles offside better]
