Biggest bellend in football (with no connections to United or Liverpool)

Met pat in Maine road players lounge after a game v Chelsea back in th late 80s, I was 18-19 years old and he was dressed like Morrisey, stood out from all the shiny shirts and suits at the time. Nice guy as well, my cousins best mate was Kevin Mcallister who played on the opposite wing as Nevin and he introduced us to him. Like I said he’s a nice guy, well educated and in my opinion one of the best football pundits now.
He’s just done a really excellent documentary on BBC Scotland “The Lost Final”. It’s available on the BBC iPlayer and well worth a watch.
I don’t think I’ve ever heard Pat described as a “pretentious ****” - and he certainly is not.

For me I really dislike Merson and an unpopular pick here maybe but Bellamy by all accounts is something of a tool... although I guess we can't have him because of the Liverpool connection.... Anyone connected to Bayern Munich

There’s a cast of fucking thousands.. that thunder **** Simon Jordan, Miggy Delooney, That “might as well be Celtic” rag Howson.. this list could go in forever..
What you on about - how much enjoyment has that one clip of turnip head weeping brought us over the years?

The man's a comedy genius............

Pat Nevin has always been sound in my view.
Hibs have had loads.
Griffiths,O’Connor, Riordan,Stokes and now they have signed McGeady.
McGeady has done nothing really bad but one of these players I just couldn't take to.

Fat slug tebas, Melissa reddy, Megan rapinhoe, Peter Walton, uli hoeness, creepy **** jake humpries Just to name a few.
Reasoning is that they add fuck all to society as a whole, complete and utter oxygen thieves
What's Megan Rapinhoe done to be lumped in?

On the basis I've recently admitted I'm married to a Villa fan I may as well go all in and confess I worked with Peter Walton before he went full time in football.

I found him to be a personable guy but quite a few people held the view he was very good at playing the positioning/political game. It was the kind of corporate environment where the politics were often more important than the delivery. I've always thought if you're in that environment too long there is a risk that politicking and ingratiating yourself rather than performance becomes your default modus operandi. I suspect the world he has subsequently operated in does little to discourage this.
