Not firing Mancini earlier would be one for me. Cost us the Wigan Cup Final.

Not buying a central defender to cover for Kompany is probably going to feature but who is good enough? I watched Maguire get destroyed by a half-fit Lacazette yesterday so it's not so easy. A foreign defender would have taken 6 months to settle in.

If we sign a cb this summer instead they'll still take 6 months to settle in, but it will affect next season and this.

The mistake wasn't letting Hart go, his last 18 months with us were distinctly underwhelming. The mistake was, who we brought in to replace him.
