Look for the record, I hope you do finish in the top 4..... as like us, you have suffered a fucking huge shadow being cast over your club by a migrant neighbour (ours came from South London and invaded).....

I digress..... I hope we both finish top 4 and put to bed this SKY4 notion forever..... but sadly because of "tools" like you, there are plenty of fans praying you fail.... but I am a football fan and am bored of the Arse, Chavs, Manure and Pool top 4 every year....

We broke that last year and will hopefully do the same again this year..... Would be lovely to push another side out as well though... so whilst you think we are all Cockerneys...

We ain't!!!!!

For the record to be a COCKNEY.... you need to be born within the sound of Bow Bells.... the only hospital that was there closed about 50 years ago.....
I think you have a chance. I don't want to sound arrogant, but I think it comes down to how well you hold form and whether Chelsea regains from (or maybe an Arsenal collapse but I think that's unlikely at this point.) I don't think we'll drop enough points to fall out of the top 4 to be honest. Stranger things have happened, though.

As to the fixtures being so close. . . well. . . we built the squad for this, so we'll see how far along we are.

Ignore it.....

Re: Notts County 30th Jan, then Birmingham 1st Feb WTF !

Very true about holding form, we also need a little more luck injuries wise in the second half of the season..... which (touch wood) seems to be the case, only King and Huddlestone are still injured and THud is back in 2-3 weeks time....

Woodgate played an hour of a training ground friendly against QPR earlier in the week and came through unscathed and by all accounts looked really sharp considering he has not played in over a year....

Losing Dawson, Huddlestone and Defoe for 3 months has seen a lot of mixing and matching down the spine of our team, I would guess it would be like you losing Kompany, De Jong and Tevez for 3 months..... not easy to cope with...... (not saying they are equivalently talented players as the 3 City ones mentioned, but they are as important to your team as our 3 are to ours).....

It was like Chelsea losing Terry, Lampost and Drogba....... look what happened to their form

Injuries, suspensions and the timing of games will play a huge part to the run in....

If Arsenal get to the CC Final (we are meant to play them that week-end) it gives us a clear week before we play AC Milan.....

If either of City or Spurs get to the FA Cup Semi-Final, our game with you will need to be re-arranged as it is meant to be that week-end....

So many twists and turns.....

Re: Notts County 30th Jan, then Birmingham 1st Feb WTF !

will definitely get put to the wednesday, only at crimbo you play 2 games in 3 days, that's just the way it's always been.

it happened this time 3 years ago, derby county away got moved back a day cause we had a game on the sunday in the F.A cup.

it will get moved.

Is the Birmingham match going to be moved ?

Would we know by now if it was moving to the Weds or could it sill be moved ?

Re: Is the Birmingham match going to be moved ?

Walsall agreed with Notts to move our home game to the Wednesday because of the game with you lot on the Sunday.

Re: Is the Birmingham match going to be moved ?

I'd say it won't be moved, surely they would have announced it by now if they were going to.

Re: Is the Birmingham match going to be moved ?

Just spoke to Supporter Services - they say it is very likely that it will be moved and it will be announced in the OS today.

I'm gutted as I can't go on the Weds and have just blown a non refundable train fare and a non refundable TraveLodge room on this. Shouldn't be allowed to change after the tickets are sold as you can now never buy a ticket with any confidence.
