The perfect game to have next. We can play the players coming back from COVID, to test their stamina. We can give Sergio a start and 60 minutes. Laporte, Bernado, Mendy and Ake need game time. The EDS lads haven't been given much this season either.

Some of you will hate me for saying this, but it doesn't even matter if we lose. There would be a massive silver lining to that cloud because of the forthcoming fixture pileup. The focus this unique season is the big two.
Big 3, no point throwing the league cup now.

You're about as likely to start as McAtee.

If he was going to start a kid in midfield it would be Nmecha, he's the oldest and has been on the bench lately.
Yeah fair shout. I must admit I don’t really have a great knowledge of the youth players outside Doyle but I know mcatee is highly rated by a good few posters.

Hes very good but still too young.

I would have thought the following will feature:
Zack, Walker, THB, Mendy, Bernardo, Sergio and Jesus. Chuck in Delap, maybe Rodri as he hardly played last night and we have a strong team. Hopefully one or both of Laporte and Ake will be available and they can play a half alongside THB. Don't want KDB, Ferny, Sterling, Gundo anywhere near this game. Brum should be more concerned about staying in the championship so doubtful they will go strong

I like the fact that Pep goes strong in the domestic cup competitions and it’s given us loads of trophies, but I agree in the current circumstances we should go light in the fa cup. If we get harder games in later rounds, if we get through (I am old City, take nowt for granted) then take a view accordingly
