Bitcoin (cryptocurrency)

Saw this on the news here where the first property sold using bitcoin was executed in Braga just recently - 3 bitcoins at EUR 36k So the vendor is already nursing a loss of around Euro 29k (25%) within a few weeks as it was reported he had converted upon the final deed signing.

Lots of people into Crypto on an employment income and savings basis have moved to Portugal as it doesn't attract CGT here. We're getting quite a lot of U.S. clients repatriating here for tax benefits as they are being paid from the states in crypto (tech companies from California mainly).

Good. When you read about confused elderly folk getting scam called in bank frauds and their savings shipped out, that is exactly where the money ends up and where the trail becomes as good as impenetrable. Its a bank for villains
Not true..everyones crypto wallets are in a ledger that anyone can view. Any scammer using a btc wallet address can have it traced and when they remove it from an exchange they will be identified. Cash is a lot easier to hide. There are a couple of exception to this rule that I won't advertise here, but crypto is very transparent if you understand it.

It was an orchestrated attack from a hedge fund that caused it. The owner of Luna naively bragged about how much BTC and other coins he had to back it which gave the hedge fund with unlimited billions enough ammo to get all is BTC and ETh etc at bargain prices.
Shouldn't be allowed but if theres a loophole these twats will find it
Allegedly. Both firms strenuously deny any involvement.

Just been reading about the Luna, jesus christ KSI bought 2.8 million dollars worth yesterday and it's now worth a couple of grand.

Really bad news for Crypto and it's future that something which was seen as a good project was manipulated into collapsing.
