Besides our excellent first 20 or so minutes, it was a turgid performance that wouldn't have been rewarded against a better team. But as they say, sometimes you have to win ugly and we did. We just need to graft our way into the Champions League and fix the obvious problems (not creating enough chances, Sneijder, Sahin, or Pastore should help solve that).

MotM Silva but the defenders and De Jong were good too.

Johnson's performances need analyzing, three games now he's been mediocre.

We looked fucking shite... how people can be pleased with that peformance is beyond me. First 10-15 mins we were rocking and then we were struggling to get out our own half.

We can't understate how vital that 3 points was tonight. If Spurs get beat at Chelsea and we beat West Ham at home on Sunday the gap would be 7 points. That should see us home IMO.

Referee was a cnut.Gave us nothing,couldn't wait to book our boys,reputation cautions for Balo and DJ - An absoute shamboilic performance from the officials.
