I was not a great fan of the man, but this is a bit strong!
The knighthoods were (and still are)decided by the various honours committees and are rubber stamped by the PM of the time and by the queen , so you could just as easily blame her for any of these.
The Iraq war was American and was fully supported by the Blair government and the opposition at the time - the conservatives ( who would have been just as supportive as the government, had they been in power)
The banking /financial collapse was a global phenomenon, and blaming Blair for it it pushing credibility a little far.
Middle East peace envoy? Well , that is certainly open for debate.
