Really? You dont say?
Obviously he's a midfielder dickhead...but we already have plenty of midfielders.

We don't have lots of midfielders though, Rodwell seems to be permanently crocked and the less said about Garcia the better. I have no doubt central midfield will be the main area to strengthen in Jan or the summer.Jutt said:greasedupdeafguy said:Well your comment was fucking stupid, look at our options after Fern or Toure. Plus the fact it would be good to have another top midfielder so we can play three in the midfield.Jutt said:Really? You dont say?

So bringing up where this guy would play when we have lots of midfielders is a stupid comment? Fuck outta here. I bet you really thought you were on to something when you made that comment. Not to mention, if you had half a brain you'd see that I brought that up when someone made a legitimate reply. Go be a an ass somewhere else

But i defintely agree with you that CM should be and will be high on the list. Hopefully the front office makes some moves. Even at the expense of some other players (i.e Nasri)
Agree but definitely not at the expense of a playmaker, our most depleted position.
I see what you're saying, but i do feel like Nasri may be the odd man out. But he's been used as a winger more often than not, so maybe he'll be safe. I'm sure Pelligrini will figure it out. I like Matuidi the best because he's got more in his locker than just screening the back four. If we played he and Fernandinho together, our back four wouldnt break a sweat
On the contrary, I think it is Matuidi who is more like Yaya and Dihno. Lots of Athletism, but Cabaye has superior technique, discipline and intangible. Not to mention, he is a natural leader.Bulldoglikeapproach said:Dax777 said:I'll take Cabaye over Matuidi as mu thid mid anyday.
Tough decision in a vacuum... but I think Matuidi is a better fit for us. Cabaye (to me) offers what Fern and Toure does, just not quiiiiite as well. Where as Matuidi has more defense in his game than any of the three.
Just my opinion

Rumours of Ian Ayre in France. Would be magnificent if he's there to negotiate for Matuïdi. One of the best DM's around, at the moment. #LFC
Although, cabaye can't defend as well matuidi or even fern. An that's what we needDax777 said:On the contrary, I think it is Matuidi who is more like Yaya and Dihno. I think Cabaye offers us the complete CM. Great at DM, CM or AM. Fantastic brain , great hustle and highly underrated vision.
