Cabaye going to PSG is great news. One fewer spot for Matuidi.

How come ?? Yaya + Ferna for UCL
Mautidi can play for BPL, FA-Cup and carling cup.
Having the option for resting Yaya or Fernandinho with confidence that the replacement is more the capable is worth everything.

His contract lawsuit isn't a matter of opinion which is a major reason why he hasn't resigned or signed anywhere else for that matter.
