If he's the one interested in moving, I can't see PSG letting him go for less than a fortune. He'd be very useful though, lots of energy and real quality. Would be perfect for a midfield 3

It is naive to say that Kondogbia would fululfill Matuidi roel at PSG, if he decides to move. Matuidi would absollutely bully every single midfield in the League, though i would have both Kondogbia and Matuidi.
