Looks like a beast of a player and offers better dynamism than Barry. I think if City are to put in a real fight for the UCL title, keeping in mind that on the way they will most likely meet the likes of teams such as Juve, Madrid, Barca or even a domestic rival, a nucleus of class center midfielders are essential. With that being said, on current squad I think we can all agree that beyond Dinho and Yaya, there does not seem to be a credible third midfielder nor a solid natural DM. De Jong is in the past now and Barry was consistent without true pedigree, I think City can look at acquiring a credible DM to shield the defense against the giants in the competition.
