Blatter wants alternative to penalties

They both bullshiting...you just can't change the rules, not now, not ever

Just because one of his buddie's teams lost via the shoot out to an English team.
Had it been the other way around he'd be waxing poetic how justice was done.
There is no real viable option other than the shoot out, anything else would just be too gimicky.

I actually think that's a good idea. Give the players additional respite too.
 
Watching the play off final, and I think penalties is the only option to liven the game up.
