Blood in sick.....

Its the liver telling you to ease up on the booze it took a pounding over the last 3 nights or so. It will pass plenty of water as you will be dihighdrated ( sp ). And if you can stomach it a good ould frizzle will put a lining back on the stomack.
 
If you don't wake up in the morning then I'd think about going a&e/docs. If not, then you should be okay.
 
I wouldn't get so stressed about it.. you said you went out drinking... that seems the most likely reason and you have been continually being sick..

your straining your muscles and that causes irritation and the acid from your stomach damages the lining therefore letting blood out your system.
 
I remember a few years ago and I was mortified to find that when I went for a piss,nothing but blood passed.
I shit myself,but having then after having a bloody sleepless night,the next morning it had completely disappeared.However for a few days after,I was concerned but nothing untowards happened.
Hopefully it could just be a slight tear in the gut when wrenching.
But if it persists then don`t piss about and get it checked asap.
