Even so being scousers if they come in second they can claim a moral victory and claim they are champion by default

Think Rob has said over 300 bands or more were voted for, the points just didn't add up to make top hundred.

To be fair even on a non mancunian slanted poll most of the 100 would appear.

I would venture to say about half of them would.
