Blue Moon Top 100 Bands Artists - Full List of Artists (pg 287)

I've taken a listen to a few tracks recommended on the other thread. They are very good instrumentally but the problem is they are self indulgent with it. They don't have any decent songs.

Erm I quite like Rush. Most of the time I'll list to punk, post punk, Sleaford Mods, old school hip hop, Radiohead, Smiffs and even a bit of Bella Hardy and Kate Rusby folk.
I don't understand how anyone gets so worked up about music they aren't keen on.

Manufactured Cowell boy/ girl band shite make my ears bleed but I don't lose any sleep over it.

Tbf I ain't arsed about Rush or them being on the list, with thebold fuckers and septics on here it is expected

I wouldn't know one of their songs if it was played for me.

But I did enjoy the amount of anger the other day at the suggestion of criticising them.

Inane lyrics - as with many bands, such as my favorite, Led Zeppelin. But some fantastic tunes. #15 seems a bit high though.

At last a bit more quality in the Top 100 and Rush got my 2nd top vote.
Now got 4 of my 15 in there - boom.

I had them in fourth place on my list but the truth is that my top four is almost a four way tie. They do share top place in my list of shows seen by... at 19
gigs.

Edit: I was wrong, they are in top spot on 20 gigs. Just identified a gig that wasn't on my setlist list; not sure why: I have the ticket.
