Any player that gestures to the ref to book someone should be booked !

1. Abolish the last man Foul rule that gets defenders and Goalies sent off. If it's a last man foul then it should be a penalty regardless of where the offence occured. If in the box it's just a penalty.
2. Introduce Video replay equipment to check for balls over the line out of play etc. It's farcical that Fifa don't use it.
3. Introduce US Football style challenges to get rid of bad goals - 2 challenges per side. If a manager thinks the ball was handled in the run up, a player was offside etc etc he can challenge the goal. Video reply evidence will then be used by the refereeing team to determine if the goal is good. Bad challenge results in a 4 mins additional/less extra time at the discresion of the opposing manager.
