Bluemoon Beer

Never had it, but I was in The Courtyard (student pub) last year and saw a bluemoon glass and decided that I would love it more than the bar ever would so on that basis I nicked it. My favorite glass now.

I don't like it. I muscled through because of its brand name but as much as I didnt want to admit at the time in front of rag mates it was horrible.

Absoutely agree Goat, I'm always happy to have a dabble with a new beer, love my ales but jeez this was hard going. Not one to give up I tried a second with the oft mentioned slice of orange... managed half and left the rest. Sacrilege leaving beer I know, but it was rank!

Terrible beer, I'd never drink it again. Americans should not be allowed to brew beer/ale, even if they outsource it to Canada.

It's no Erdinger but it's not bad. The belgian/German wheats are a lot better.

A bar called TAPS in Manchester near 235 casino have it on tap, best thing is if you get on the right table (they have different lagers and ciders on each table) you can pour it yourself and top up as often as you like.

Beautiful beer. I had it on Saturday in the Living Room, Deansgate.

At £4.10 a bottle its not cheap but there are more expensive beers and when you've had a few you'll know about it.
