They've got a bulking guide and a cutting one. I bought the cutting one and seem some pretty decent changes the last 4 weeks. They're £40 each but I feel its worth it to have a structured workout, as sometimes my weights workouts can be a bit 'lets just do whatever weights I fancy when I get there'
The cutting guide is a 15 week plan. If anyone is interested I'll post up a sample week once Ive got a bit of time.
