Anyone who wants a good weights workout, check out London Muscle http://www.ldnmuscle.com

They've got a bulking guide and a cutting one. I bought the cutting one and seem some pretty decent changes the last 4 weeks. They're £40 each but I feel its worth it to have a structured workout, as sometimes my weights workouts can be a bit 'lets just do whatever weights I fancy when I get there'

The cutting guide is a 15 week plan. If anyone is interested I'll post up a sample week once Ive got a bit of time.

I'll have a look mate

Probably best to post this in the 'how to bulk up' thread mate.

Apparently this thread is for couch to 5k enthusiasts only.

Take your weights workouts and your creatine and get yourself in the how to bulk up thread mate.

I'm cutting mate, and doing very well at the minute. Lost a decent amount, feel fitter and looking ripped

This thread was bumped because the bulk thread was full of fitness enthusiasts and I thought a thread that newcomers could post in again might be useful.

I'm not sure where the thread for sarcastic idiots who miss often repeated points is, but I'll point you in the direction once I find it.

Has anyone on here ever tried Juice Plus? I have quite a bad diet mainly due to work and don't get a lot of time to prepare food, I take cooked chicken etc to work and don't get anywhere near enough fruit and veg down my neck. Started taking this in the morning with breakfast and another shake at dinner, I mix it with either almond or rice milk as i'm trying to shy away from dairy. So far so good, I am feeling the benefits of actually getting some good stuff in my diet, just wondered if anyone else had used it?

I love the gym these days, tend to go four times a week and have a bit of a routine for myself. I do miss classes though, I used to do boxercise every week at my old gym, but when I changed jobs I had to leave there and the one where I go now always seems to cancel them so I just use the machines more than anything now.

Think the best thing for me is looking back at pictures and noticing a big difference in how I look now compared to last year. It's actually made me want to keep going with it.

I'm off work next week so I'm planning on a weights session and some cardio every day running or spinning - apart from tomorrow as I'm doing legs so won't be able to run or cycle.

Not felt too good this week (man flu) coupled with match on sat/tues, antenatal class on Monday and a hangover today so not been to the gym at all this week.

I will put on here what I've done, it will help to keep me motivated.

My protein and caffeine tablets also came yesterday so will start using them tomorrow.

Today's effort:

Workout - legs
jump squats with barbell on back
back squats
leg press
Romanian deadlift (though didn't feel like I was doing this right)
pistols using TRX bands
lunges
calf raises
step ups.

Got a lot in in 50 minutes.

Food -
toasted muffin/barm with chicken pate
chicken omelette
Protein shake
chicken and chorizo with rice.

Will have 2 or 3 glasses of coke too, which is bad, but pretty good for me as I normally have a lot more.

I'm after a decent, affordable juicer for making fruit/vegetables in.
Any recommendations?
